You will be introduced to two anchors to making things real for your team: A Commitment Curve… unraveling the 7 normal stages that anyone goes through from 'just hearing about it… to being strongly committed to the change;' and an S-Curve… a graph that shows how you can plot the steps of change… and, how the change over time is a pattern that starts slow, accelerates, then slows and levels off, forming the shape of an S.
