This session is about change and, more importantly, how to 'Make it Stick!'
What we do know from experience: Lasting change happens only when we engage both sides of the enterprise: the rational case that convinces leaders it is right, and the emotional case that convinces people it is worth it.
In this session, we cover how to make change stick and techniques to use so that the business logic is undeniable and the human story is unforgettable.
McKinsey captures their extensive research on how to make an organization healthy simply… At its core, Organizational Health is basically 'how leaders run the place!'
You will be introduced to two anchors to making things real for your team: A Commitment Curve… unraveling the 7 normal stages that anyone goes through from 'just hearing about it… to being strongly committed to the change;' and an S-Curve… a graph that shows how you can plot the steps of change… and, how the change over time is a pattern that starts slow, accelerates, then slows and levels off, forming the shape of an S.
And you will see how to combine the two curves to dramatically depict for your colleagues and team "the stages we will go through and the attendant ‘feelings’ during the journey."
In this session, you will find ways to become more successful through change: we will cover tools that will help you and your team better understand and predict what is coming up and then assist them in influencing the change.
